Same Day Delivery Available 7 Days A Week in the Greater Hamilton Area

Here’s how it works...

MONDAY - SATURDAY

  • Orders made by 8:30 AM will be delivered between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST

  • Orders made between 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM will be delivered between 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST

  • Orders made between 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM will be delivered between 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM EST

  • Orders made between 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM will be delivered between 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST

  • Orders made between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM will be delivered between 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST

  • If your order is placed after the same-day cut-off, it will go out with the next days' first run of packages.

SUNDAY

  • Orders made by 8:30 AM will be delivered between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST

  • Orders made between 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM will be delivered between 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM EST

  • Orders made between 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM will be delivered between 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM EST

  • If your order is placed and payment processed after the same-day cut-off, it will go out with the next days' first run of packages.

How to order for Same-Day Delivery Ontario:

  1. You must live in the designated cities of Hamilton and Burlington.

  2. Make sure to select the "Same-Day Via Courier" delivery method to see all available products for same-day delivery.

  3. Add your desired products to the cart.

  4. After proceeding through checkout, ensure “Same-Day Delivery" has been selected, and confirm you have entered a valid phone number and delivery address as the courier will be in contact when they are nearing your delivery address.

  5. Pay for your order in full (via Email Money transfer) by the deadline mentioned above.

  6. Look out for an email confirming your order is PROCESSING.

  7. Your order will arrive in the corresponding time slot above.

Please note, all Same-Day parcels are shipped via a private courier service.

A friendly reminder, COVID-19 safety measures remain in full effect.

What if I am not home when the delivery driver comes?

  • You will receive a text or call 15 – 20 minutes prior to the arrival of your package. If you do not pick up, they will bring your order back for another delivery attempt during the following delivery wave. You can also ask the driver to leave it in a safe drop location by leaving an order note at the checkout stage. There will be a photo supplied to show that your order was dropped off at the location provided.

  • It is crucial you use your valid phone number, as the delivery driver will not just leave your package at your front door unless instructed to do so.

  • Please make sure to follow the payment instructions to ensure your order is processed in time for same-day delivery.

The fine print

  • Same-Day deliveries are available within the designated delivery area:
    Hamilton & Burlington. Please note that we have plans to expand this delivery area, with these cities being phase one.

  • Ensure that Same-Day shipping has been selected during checkout.

  • Shoppers are required to provide a valid phone number - your courier will be in touch to confirm delivery.

  • Same day delivery is $10 or free on orders of $200+

  • We have updated our payment instructions for Same-Day deliveries; please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included; payment is sent to the wrong email; the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
