We will require the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the product issue

  • The product name

  • Photo or video of the defect

Once received, we will review your details and work with you towards a resolution if required.

Please note, TakiTaki does not provide returns or exchanges; nor do we offer cash refunds of any kind.

Refund requests are handled via a ticketing system, and dealt with in the order that they are received. Refund requests are handled within 24-48 hours of submission. Our policy is to issue store credit in the event a refund is issued.
